Quizhou Rubber Company (QRC) Makes Knock Off Monster Truck Tires

(New Orleans, LA) Sudden Impact Racing, owners and operators of several professional monster trucks, based in Louisiana, wants to issue an official warning and statement regarding the black marketing look alike Sudden Impact Racing monster truck tire to the monster truck racing community.
As you all know the Sudden Impact tires arrived from China to the Jefferson, Louisiana shop in June of 2007. The shipment contained 42 tires, 4 of them were purchased by Flame Motorsports, 16 by Sudden Impact Racing, and 22 by Live Nation Motorsports. It has recently come to our attention that a tire dealer is trying to sell look-alike tires to monster truck racing teams. After extensive research, we have come up with the information pertaining to the tires. The tires being knocked off are NOT official Sudden Impact Racing tires; they are tires that were proposed to us. During testing in China and inspecting them, they met a 90% failure rate and were rejected by Sudden Impact Racing.
The official Sudden Impact Tire is certified by a certificate of authentication and meets the proper requirements to be sold and used on a monster truck. The tire numbers and records are recorded and turned in to every promoter regarding the Official certified and approved Sudden Impact Racing Tire, not the knock off tires.
We are in the process of legal work with the black-market tire manufacturer, and our tire manufacturer. Sudden Impact Racing would like to warn teams using the black-market tire that it is dangerous and unsafe at any extent.
